1207 Ridge Ave - Philly Town House: 12 Min walk to Center City

Clean comfortable spacious rooms and bathrooms. A lot of street noise, but it is city living. There are a lot of stairs but again it is a city dwelling so expected. But would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Owner communicates well and is very attentive.It is a good location for walking distance to several sightseeing areas. 15 to 20 minutes to most areas.

Property was as described, a short 12 minute walk to downtown. Charlie was a superhost and responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay there again should I travel to Philly with my family; it was a great place to host my 5 adults children.

The house feels a lot bigger in the inside that when what it looks in the outside, everything was exactly as listed. The checkout process was by far one of the easiest ones I’ve had so far. The communication with the host was excellent. The only available parking is street parking (as stated in the listing). However, parking was extremely limited given the events (FIFA world cup and America’s 250 celebration). We ended up using SpotHero to get long-term parking nearby. We were able to walk everywhere from the location, it’s very conveniently located.

The property is great - perfect for large family or small group. Neighborhood is sketchy and was a little concerning when we first arrived but once inside we were very comfortable. Walking distance (15min) to Chinatown and Reading Terminal and other center city sites.

Great location. Description and photos are accurate. Host was easy to message. Large pay parking lot a block or so away if street parking isn’t available. We were a family group (parent, grandmother, aunt, and brother) in town for a graduation. I’d recommend for anyone.
